General terms and conditions (GTC)

1. General information
These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online shop STERR.ie. The operator of the shop is STERR Maciej Marcinkowski, Lamana 7/3, 02-480 Warsaw, Poland, registered in the commercial register under PL5342272106. Our contact details are: shop@sterr.eu.com.

2. Conclusion of the contract
By placing the order in the online shop, you are making a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The purchase contract is concluded as soon as you receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail.

3. Prices and terms of payment
All listed prices include VAT. Payment can be made via credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. Shipping costs are stated separately in the ordering process and are at the customer's expense.

4. Delivery and shipment
Delivery will take place within 2-4 working days after receipt of payment. Please refer to our shipping overview for shipping costs and options. Shipping takes place to the delivery address provided by the customer.

5. Cancellation right
You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days without giving reasons. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods. More information on the right of cancellation can be found in our cancellation conditions.

6. Warranty and liability
The statutory warranty period of 24 months applies to defects in the delivered goods. If you have any questions regarding the exercise of warranty claims, please contact our customer service at shop@sterr.eu.com.
